Jenna's passion for fitness started as a high school athlete competing in track and field and field hockey. She then went on to complete her Bachelor's of Science at Stevenson University. While at college, she competed in the bikini category for the National Physique Committee and placed first at the Maryland East Coast Classic. Jenna fell in love with heavy lifting and strength training during this time and then went on to complete her Personal Training Certification (NASM) so that she could share her love of lifting and becoming her strongest self with others, in hopes of inspiring them to become their strongest version of themselves. A few years later, Jenna dived into her 200-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training Certification to have a better understanding of the mind body connection as a whole. This lead Jenna to help people on both a physical and emotional level. Throughout her lifting and yoga journey Jenna trained herself and competed each year in the Baltimore Running Festival half marathon where she placed in the top 10 percent for her age group. Jenna runs the half marathon on behalf of Pacing 4 Parkinson's. Jenna has committed countless hours to being an active member of the Pacing for Parkinson's committee and to fundraising efforts which are donated to the John's Hopkin's movement and disorder clinic. Volunteering holds a special place in Jenna’s heart. Jenna is a strong advocate that healthy foods are essential for fulfilling a healthy lifestyle. Jenna believes that health and fitness is a lifestyle choice and commitment. Jenna looks at health and fitness as a holistic approach and helps her yogis and clients to become their strongest versions of themselves both physically and mentally.
“I am on a continuous self-journey to find strength and grounding by embracing a connection with nature and the outdoors, physical exertion and movement, internal listening and breath work, and community. I look forward to sharing my journey with you and to helping you to navigate through your journey of your strongest mental and physical self. “
